2 cups almond or coconut drink (‘milk’-drink)
(if its is not sweet you can add honey)
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup mashed strawberries (or other berries)
*1 tbsp of honey (for berries)
- Add to milk to chia seeds. Stir about 4 or 5 times every two minutes.
- Cool, then put the mixture to refrigerate. Leave it there overnight or for at least 3 hours.
- Smash your favorite berries, so that you will have about one cup or berry mixture.
- Put chia pudding at the bottom of mug or glass and at the top place berry mix. You can make two levels, like me but this portion was for two people.
