One of the habits I’ve saved after one year in Italy is eating croissant for breakfast. Although the croissant has its origins in Paris, is also known in many other countries, particularly popular is in the Apennine Peninsula. I like to plan my breakfast the day before, so i can prepare croissants in my pajama :). I buy croissant dough or empty frozen croissants and in a very quick and easy way I have fresh pastry without going out from home.
